World Organization of Jews from Arab Countries: WOJAC

President, Heskel M. Haddad, M.D.

The World Organization of Jews from Arab Countries (WOJAC), founded in France in 1976, represents the rights of Jewish refugees from Arab countries.

Mission

WOJAC's mission, as dictated by the Israeli government's December, 2003 edict, is to document the assets Jewish refugees lost as they fled Arab countries following the establishment of the state of Israel.

WOJAC is Seeking Your Help

WOJAC is working with many Jewish organizations and synagogues and is seeking the support of more. Opportunities for involvement include distributing publicity materials to the media and other Jewish organizations and synagogues, putting a link to WOJAC on your website, arranging speaking opportunities for WOJAC representatives and general networking support. To become involved in the documentation campaign, contact Heskel M. Haddad, M.D. at wojacusa@aol.com.
